OVERVIEW: Our growing business needs an Outside Sales Representative with experience to increase sales in Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach County.  The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.  The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.  If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
• Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Determine customer's needs and develop sales solutions for mutual long term customer/vendor relationships.

• Follow up within 24 hours on quotations in an effort to write an order, or receive feedback to use in future quotations.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients in effort to secure new business opportunities for All American Lighting Solutions.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence throughout the United States.
• Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
• Update client information in the company contact database.
• Stay on top of industry trend to identify potential opportunities for company growth
• Attend appropriate continuing education courses in the industry as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.

High School Diploma or G.E.D., Associates Degree preferred, A College Bachelor is a plus!
Experience:
• Ideal candidate comes with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, and or Lighting Industry.
• Ability to understand and promote sales terms including payback, ROI, and positive cash flow.
• Valid Driver's License and Fully Insured Vehicle.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to prospect and create clients lists through cold calling, face to face selling, phone and internet search.
• Experience in lighting distribution or electrical system installation a plus!
