  The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and will 
support by executing and delivering on a range of responsibilities including dispatching, and 
managing service calls, communicating with our key clients, vendor sourcing and managing, and 
other operational tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to all messages left overnight.
• Check all email accounts from the night before
• Prepare daily work and run schedules.
• Receive or prepare work orders.
• Enter and dispatch work orders.
• Schedule and dispatch multiple technicians, in multiple trades to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using text, email and or office telephones.
• Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service calls and part installations.
• Locate qualifying and recruiting vendors in response to our client needs.
• Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
• Forecast workload for 2-3 days out if possible.
• Verifying Field Technicians scheduled time and date of the work.
• Able to work three (3) Saturdays and Sundays out of a year with Thursdays and Fridays off.
• Call subcontractors 24 hours after the scheduled completion date to verify completion or update the status.
• Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete.

Min. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) • GED or High School Diploma.
• 1 year experience
• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms.
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite/Word/Excel /Facil-IT/ Big Sky / Service Channel and or FMPilot v2.0 would be a major plus.
• Must have expert level communication skills, verbal and written skills, ability to comprehend and construct correspondence, listening skills, telephone skills, persuading and negotiating skills, information gathering skills, presentation skills, supporting skills, and the ability to accept criticism.

  The Electrical Technician assumes a high level of responsibility early, supporting our field teams in their delivery of client services. Successful Electrical Technicians are fast learners and self-motivated, independent workers. They must have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.

Electrician Duties:
 
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
 

Min. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)  
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Employer does not provide tools and be a self-starter and be able to work on your own
• Employer has a dress code
• Need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms.

• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
