• In addition to unloading trucks and trailers, loading product on customers vehicles, and assembling product.

Job Title Customer Care Associate

Job Description • Provide our Customers a personalized service in a timely and efficient manner from the initial onset of the Customer issue to the solution while having full ownership of the situation.
• Treat our customers courteously and professionally following the guidelines provided in our Customer Care Script.
• Be a listener.  
• Be capable to take the time to identify the customer needs by asking the right questions to achieve the best solution based on our procedures manual.  
General Requirements:
• Provide the necessary support to the Sales Associates and Store Leaders in relation to solutions to Customer issues. 
• Provide a contact number for work related issues within the Company.
• Make sure that all phone calls and e-mails are being answered in a timely manner.  
• Provide support and take immediate action and follow up with customer service issues coming by phone, e-mail or in person.
• Provide support for our Store Leaders with In Store Customers that need immediate assistance at corporate level.
• Interact with the various Departments at EDF in order to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer service related issues.
• Trouble shooter, identify any situation that is causing a delay or interruption on the decision making process.

Cashier:
• Request the Head Cashier and/or Operations Leader the key to their Register box.
• Open Register.
• Review that delivery address, phone numbers and merchandise is accurate at the time of conversion.
• Receive payment from customer, focusing on transaction, so the rights amounts are received and the correct change is given. 
• Look for possible counterfeit, check procedures name and address is printed on checks, correct date and check are numerically and proper id as stipulated within the company.  
• Legit credit card data.  Request proper Identification Documents and make sure they match with payment information.   

Reception:
• Maintain the reception area neat and clean at all times.
• Maintain the Up System Log organized, clear and accurate, to avoid any misunderstanding.
• Maintain the Pickup Orders Log organized, clear and accurate.

Min. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum High School Graduate.
• Some college prefers.
• Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office) is a must.
• Be a good listener. Quick learner. Able to identify and anticipate customer needs.
• Capable to make customers feel important and appreciated at all times.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Must possess the ability to manage projects and prioritize activities.
• Be a team player, multi-task, phone etiquette, Company people, stands for what is right, think in a logical systematical way, detail-oriented, motivated, organized, computer skills, perfect attendance, superb communication skills both in English and Spanish a plus.due to nature of the job
