Job Description Job Responsibilities:
• Ready to deal with many tasks, as serving meals and cleaning afterwards.
• Carry numerous trays from a kitchen, most of them quite heavy and large, and then places the meal plates in front of the banquet guests. 
• Banquet server must work carefully.
• Involves working mainly at special events and celebrations, such as weddings or school proms.
• Setting up the tables and also the place settings. After the event is finished he/she has to remove all the decorations and clean the tables.
• Interact with all the guests, by taking their orders and answering their questions about the menu or the venue. The company has a dress code policy. Banquet servers are to have interpersonal skills.

• Comply with Balance Staffing policies and procedures to provide consistency in service quality and delivery.
• Must report to office Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5pm
• Enter all new client information accurately and timely following Company policy.
• Submit accurate pay rate data and hours worked for Service Employees to the appropriate payroll processing vendor
• Working in conjunction with the Branch Manager, counsel, discipline and terminate Service Employees as required to ensure that client needs are met. Maintain required documentation with regards to counseling Service Employees.
• Follow up with Service Employees on completed job orders to ensure their satisfaction and meeting client requirements.
• Tracks and document daily work assignments.
• Monitor and obtain signature approvals for all time tickets prior to payout. If required, input accurate and timely data of 'post hours' in the TempServ system.

• Move and arrange furniture, and turn mattresses.
• Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
