Job Title Healthcare Customer Service representative

Job Description Job Responsibilities:
• Bilingual professional agents to answer inbound calls to provide exceptional support to customers. These calls could include questions regarding benefits, coverage, plan options, claims, payments, and other general questions
• May involve email and/or chat support
• Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
• Provide customer service
• Consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals that are aligned with corporate objectives

Min. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
• Minimum 12 months experience.
• Employer will conduct a background check and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• May provide 'buddy training' and feedback to new associates.
• Ability to consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals.
• Current or previous experience working for Sutherland Global.
• Previous experience in a medical office including insurance, billing, or coding, etc.
• Knowledge of different health insurance in USA. 
• 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment as a customer service representative.

Position highlights (salary, benefits, etc.) $11.00 - $12.00 p/h DOE
