Job Description We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Miramar Center of Excellence.
• Handle inbound customer service calls.
• Resolve the customer's questions or concerns with one call resolution.
• Gather data and document proper systems.
• Deliver world class customer service.
• Multitask-speaking with customers while operating computer systems.
• Ensure compliance of both company and client policies.
Min. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Requirements:
• Oral and written communication skills.
• General PC knowledge.
• Detail oriented.
• Previous call center or customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• High School or general education degree (GED) required.
