Job Description •As a Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
•This position requires communication skills; an approach to customer interactions; the ability to handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
•We are looking for associates with computer skills who can WOW customers with active listening, a solution oriented approach, provide empathy and solve customer inquiries.
•This position will require the ability to work with numerous stakeholders and suppliers to provide customer experiences.
•Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, accounts from an eCommerce perspective.
•May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels.
•Responsible for customer satisfaction ratings and providing a WOW customer experience.
•Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests.
•Continually maintain working knowledge of all client products, services and promotions.
•Make recommendations according to customer's needs on features, products and services.
•Utilize operational systems to process purchases products and services.
•Ability to multi-task and navigate through various tools and windows.
•Must be able to type 25 WPM or greater with 90% accuracy.
Min. Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Education
•High School Diploma/GED required.
•6 months experience operating a computer in Windows based environment
•Availability to work a flexible schedule from 7am and 12 midnight which includes all hours of call center operation including 3rd shift.
•Customer service experience and call center experience a plus
•Self-motivated and able to work independently.
•Verbal and written communication skills.
•Telephone speaking skills.
•Ability to multi-task by working in several computer applications while holding a conversation with a customer over the phone.
•Ability to type 25 words per minute.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism with the customer.
•Ability to work afternoons and weekends.
